Since 2004, Cogenix has worked with reference management teams from many Fortune 100 enterprises to architect and develop custom solutions, as well as an industry-leading SaaS solution. The space has evolved dramatically over time with most solutions requiring tight integrations with CRM Systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365, along with other outside sources, such as Influitive and TechValidate, that provide even more value to the reference programs through increased visibility into the full information stack and robust reporting of that information to target areas of improvement.
Custom Solutions
Engaged in 2004 by Adobe Systems to create a custom solution they could use to effectively manage their ever-growing program Cogenix completed a lengthy requirements/specification phase that fully defined the total scope of the project and guided the successful development of the original application. We have subsequently completed many upgrades, a complete application redesign and numerous integrations with the different Sales Enablement tools they have used over the years.
Industry Leading SaaS Solution
In 2006, Cogenix entered into a partnership to develop and market a complete customer reference management solution that would leverage a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Sales of the solution maintained steady growth over the years with it now being considered one of the leading options in the industry, leveraged by several Fortune 100 companies. Now in its 18th year, the solution offers CRM integrations for both Salesforce & Dynamics 365, along with many Sales Enablement tool integrations.
