Solution Analysis & Requirements
Our senior consultants get your input and apply our experience to define business goals, requirements, and risks creating the foundation for the project. We
then iteratively develop the user interface, functional specifications and architectural designs to describe the application, its look and feel, and its
functions. The completed Solution Requirements Specification incorporating both business requirements and functional specifications is approved prior to
development work beginning.
Solution Development and QA
The Cogenix engineering and product teams develop the solution to specification and we execute a robust quality assurance plan to guarantee that your software
solution adheres to the functional specifications. As most companies are dynamic, we make every effort to incorporate changes into the project plan as soon as
possible.
Training and Support
We deliver the specified end-user and technical documentation and, if requested, we deliver training programs to enhance end-user satisfaction with the
application and maximize results. We are always available to provide on-going support and remain ready to enhance the solution or tackle the next problem
facing your organization.
